- Crafted from brass featuring a plated finish with arched glass windows.
- 18" pendant uses three 60-watt max E26 bulbs.
- 28" pendant uses four 60-watt max E26 bulbs.
- *Please note: For pendants that do not include bulbs, we recommend our Arhaus T8 lightbulb (SKU 6610071H657).
- 18" pendant has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 24.5"-162.5".
- 28" pendant has an adjustable drop length that ranges from 34"-172".
- Includes 12 interchangeable extension rods in matching finish for hanging—four 6", four 12", and four 18".
- Cannot be mounted on a vaulted ceiling.
- Black fabric cord measures 144" long.
- Canopy measures 5" diameter x 0.75" high.

- Pendants weighing more than 50 lbs. cannot be mounted alone to a standard outlet box and require additional bracing above the ceiling where they are to be installed.

We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is free, and delivery times may vary by item and destination (some orders may ship from a U.S. warehouse or our production facility).
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused items. To start a return, email info@manohaus.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address by email.

Warranty
Warranty
MANOHAUS provides a 2–3 year limited warranty (see the warranty term listed on each product page). The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by accidents, moisture, power surges, or using incompatible bulbs/transformers.
To request warranty support, email info@manohaus.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement part, repair solution, or replacement (as appropriate).
Questions Before You Buy
When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
A (EN): Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process. After shipment, free standard shipping usually takes 10–20
business days. Total estimated delivery time is 13–25 business days (processing + transit). Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carriers, weather, and peak seasons.
What if my item arrives damaged or missing parts?
A (EN): Please email us as soon as possible (recommended within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, internal packaging, and the issue. We’ll review and help with the next steps (replacement parts or solution as appropriate).
Are bulbs included / is it dimmable / will it work on a sloped ceiling?
A (EN): These details vary by model. Please refer to the Product Details section on this page for bulb inclusion, dimming, and installation requirements. If you have a sloped ceiling or need a specific drop length, we may be able to help depending on the model—email us the product link and your measurements for a quick feasibility check.
Will the product look exactly the same as the photos?
A (EN): We do our best to show products accurately, but appearance can vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural material variation.
What is your return policy? Are custom items returnable?
A (EN): Return/refund requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Custom / made-to-order items are typically final sale (not returnable) unless there is a verified quality issue or as required by law. All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA#).
Is checkout secure? How do I avoid payment scams?
A (EN): Yes—payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the site uses encryption. Manohaus will never ask you to pay by wire transfer, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any private/offsite method. If anything looks suspicious, contact info@manohaus.com before paying.
