What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality or appearance of the product.
  • Electrical Components: The electrical parts of the lighting fixture are covered if they fail due to manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Normal Use: The warranty applies when the product is used as intended, in normal, residential settings, and not subjected to misuse or neglect.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by impacts, falls, or misuse is not covered under this warranty.
  • Wear and Tear: Over time, wear and tear from normal use, such as fading, rusting, or minor scratches, is excluded.
  • Improper Installation: Damage caused by improper installation or modifications made to the product will void the warranty.
  • Environmental Factors: Exposure to extreme conditions, such as excessive humidity, extreme heat, or outdoor conditions, can void the warranty unless the product is rated for such environments.
  • Third-Party Components: Any external parts or accessories not originally included with the product are excluded from the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at info@manohaus.com within the 2-3 years warranty period.
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, photos or videos showing the defect, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Warranty Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional details or documentation. If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:
  • Repair: If the defect is minor, we will repair the item at no cost to you.
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement unit of the same or similar model.
  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price.

Warranty Process Timeline:

  • We will respond to your warranty claim within 5–7 business days of receiving all necessary information.
  • Once a solution is agreed upon, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to process the replacement or repair, depending on availability and location.
