1. ORDERS

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Standard Items: You can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Custom Items: Made-to-order or custom items cannot be canceled once production has been confirmed. If you need to make an urgent change, please email us with your order number as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do? Please email info@manohaus.com immediately. We can only update the shipping address before the order is dispatched. Once the package is with the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.

Can I place a bulk or commercial order? Yes. For commercial inquiries, please send us the item links, quantities, and your timeline. We will review availability and provide a professional quote.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

  • Order Processing: 3–5 business days (includes quality inspection and packing).
  • Transit Time: 10–20 business days via Free Standard Shipping.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 13–25 business days.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as peak seasonal volume, carrier delays, or weather conditions may occasionally impact these dates.

Where do orders ship from? Depending on inventory availability and your location, items may ship from our U.S. warehouse or our international factory/warehouse.

Why did I receive multiple packages or tracking numbers? To ensure the safest transit, items in the same order may be packaged separately. This means your items may arrive in different packages and on different dates.

When will my tracking update? Tracking details will be emailed once your order dispatches. Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to update the status in their system. It is normal for a package to show "Label Created" before its first physical scan.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return window? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund, subject to eligibility.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Product Issues (Our Responsibility): If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, MANOHAUS covers the return shipping cost.
  • Personal Reasons (Customer Responsibility): If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or color preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How do I start a return? Email info@manohaus.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA# will not be accepted.

How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Credit Card: 5–7 business days.
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days.

4. DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES

My item arrived damaged—what should I do? Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and all original packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. First, check with neighbors, household members, and around your delivery area. Carriers occasionally mark items as delivered 24–48 hours before they arrive. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us for assistance.

5. PRODUCT & PAYMENTS

Will the product look exactly like the photos? We strive for 100% accuracy. However, natural material variations (such as wood grain) and differences in screen settings or lighting may cause slight variations in appearance.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed clearly during the checkout process.
