At Manohaus, we are committed to delivering our curated products to you as efficiently as possible. We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States.
1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
- We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Note on PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Some items may have delivery restrictions. If our carrier cannot deliver to your specific address, we will contact you via email for an alternative location.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days.
- This includes payment verification, quality inspection, and packing. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3. SHIPPING ESTIMATES & COSTS
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
- Estimated Transit Time: 10–20 business days.
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 13–25 business days.
- Please note: These are estimates based on our current carrier performance. Factors such as peak seasons or weather may cause slight variations.
4. SHIPPING ORIGIN
To provide a wider variety of unique products, your order may be dispatched from our US warehouse (Denver, CO) or our International Fulfillment Centers, depending on inventory levels and your location. This allows us to maintain the best balance of quality and availability.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes are only possible before the order has been processed.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@manohaus.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us.
8. TAXES AND DUTIES
The price you see at checkout is the final price. All applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout, and no additional customs duties will be charged to the customer upon delivery for US orders.
