What we can usually customize

Depending on the model, we may be able to adjust details such as overall hanging length, cord/rod configuration, canopy options, or certain finish and hardware details. Some fixtures can also be adapted for sloped ceilings or specific installation requirements. Because each design is built differently, customization availability varies by item.

How the process works

Send us the product link and what you’d like to change, along with any measurements that matter (ceiling height, table/island size, desired drop, and photos if helpful). We’ll review feasibility for that specific model and reply with clear options, pricing, and lead time. Once you approve the quote, we’ll confirm production details and keep you updated through delivery.
