Refund policy

At Manohaus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • A Return Authorization (RA#) must be requested before shipping.

2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS (Our Responsibility)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Manohaus will cover all return shipping costs.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for a full reimbursement of shipping costs.
  • Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us at info@manohaus.com.

3. PERSONAL REASONS / CHANGE OF MIND (Customer's Responsibility)

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color):

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Items must be sent back to our designated return address provided with your RA#.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Email info@manohaus.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the specific return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us:
  • Return Address: 1035 Ogden St, Denver, CO 80218, US (Please do not send items back without an RA# as they may be rejected.)

5. REFUND TIMELINE

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  1. Credit Cards: 5–7 business days.
  2. PayPal: 1–3 business days.

6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. (Note: To ensure fairness, we do not charge cancellation fees for regular orders canceled within this window).
  • Custom / Made-to-Order: These items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
