For your security, Manohaus will never ask you to pay by wire transfer, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or direct private payments outside our checkout. All legitimate payments must be completed through the checkout on manohaus.com using the payment methods shown there.

  • Payment via wire transfer, gift cards, crypto, or personal accounts
  • Your full card number, card PIN, or CVV/security code via email/chat
  • Your online banking login credentials or one-time verification codes

4.2 If you receive a suspicious request

  • Do not proceed with payment or share any information.

5. Payment Security Standards

Shopify uses industry-standard security practices to help protect payment information during checkout. Payment details are handled by Shopify and its payment partners through secure processing and may be tokenized and transmitted using secure methods.

Manohaus does not have access to your full card number. We receive only limited order and payment status information necessary to fulfill your order.

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@manohaus.com.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timing may vary by payment provider:

If you file a chargeback/dispute with your bank or payment provider, the order may be temporarily placed on hold while the case is reviewed. We may provide relevant order and delivery documentation to the payment provider during the dispute process.
