Warranty

MANOHAUS provides a 2–3 year limited warranty (see the warranty term listed on each product page). The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by accidents, moisture, power surges, or using incompatible bulbs/transformers.

To request warranty support, email info@manohaus.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement part, repair solution, or replacement (as appropriate).

When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?

If you have a sloped ceiling or need a specific drop length, we may be able to help depending on the model—email us the product link and your measurements for a quick feasibility check.

Will the product look exactly the same as the photos?
