It simply means that there are two lights. each with the separate quantity indicated. in the order & packaged together.
Note: There are two versions of this wall lamp. You can purchase the left-hand (Left) marked version or the right-hand (Right) marked version separately. or you can directly purchase the (Set of 2) marked version. (Set of 2) the marked version is a pair (one left and one right).
