Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused items. To start a return, email info@manohaus.com with your order number. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address by email.

MANOHAUS provides a 2–3 year limited warranty (see the warranty term listed on each product page). The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. To request warranty support, email info@manohaus.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. If approved, we’ll provide a replacement part, repair solution, or replacement (as appropriate).
