What does it mean to set of 2?
It simply means that there are two lights. each with the separate quantity indicated. in the order & packaged together.
What is a three-color changing light? This light is built with three different LED light sources. Cool white/Neutral white/Warm white.
You can use a wall switch. on-off. which will change the color of the LED light. the three-color changer is not compatible with dimmers.
